Katia Leiselsen is a U.S. Attorney, licensed to practice in New York State. She graduated from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Upon graduation she was extended Cardozo’s Public Service Fellowship, which she completed at a New York City governmental agency. During law school, she represented the wrongfully convicted in their appeals for DNA testing at the Innocence Project. Katia has since worked in a variety of settings and with people of all backgrounds, which gives her a unique and well-rounded skill set. She spent a year representing clients in asylum cases before the Immigration Court, where she discovered her passion for Immigration Law. She is truly dedicated to the firm's clients and approaches every file enthusiastically and diligently. Moreover, having spent a year of study in North-Eastern France, Katia is also fluent in French.

Fabienne Fitzpatrick is an Immigration Paralegal. She obtained the prestigious grade of “Paralegal” (Cal Business & Prof. Code §6450-6456). Fabienne is a real expert; she has been working for more than 12 years in the area of US Immigration Law. Previously, Fabienne had been working as a Lawyer in France from 1985 till 1998. After she immigrated to the U.S. with her family. As soon as she arrived in the USA in 1998, Fabienne had been hired in one of the largest law firm specialised in US Immigration. Fabienne also has been an immigration law teacher for paralegals-to-be in a specific dedicated course, recognized by the State of California. Now, located on the west coast, Fabienne Fitzpatrick is delighted to put her knowledge, her reactivity as well as her impressive expertise to good use in each Columbus’ cases.

Edith has been studying law at one of the most prestigious School of law in France: La Sorbonne in Paris. After obtaining the French bar exam, she decided to broaden her international legal knowledge in United Kingdom and then in the US at Fordham University law school. This educational background has predisposed her to an international career. Right after her receiving her Master in Law, she started working as an intern for different French governmental agencies. Afterwards, in 2009, she started working for Columbus Immigration in our headquarter in New York. Edith is known to be very dynamic, active and serious. She is also one of the important faces of the New York French-American Bar Association – The FABA. Chair of the Public Relations Committee, she is also a member of the board since 2010. Because of her unique communication abilities, her natural interrelationships skills and great personality, namely with clients, Edith is the ideal candidate for being Columbus’s Public Relations Manager.
